Ketogenic Diet Plan
A Keto diet (Ketogenic diet) is a low carb diet or low carb, high fat diet (LCHF) where the body produces ketones in the liver that are used as energy instead of using sugars. Your body can run on two types of fuels being; glucose/insulin (sugar) or ketones. The way it works is really very simple, you starve the body of sugars (carbs) and in 2-7 days, your body enters a state known as ketosis which is basically, your body is now burning ketones for energy as opposed to sugars. The goal if properly maintained is that as stated above, you force your body into this metabolic state through depletion of carbohydrates and the effect is that in anywhere from 2-7 days, you achieve a state of ketosis and up to 3 weeks to fully enjoy the benefits of weight loss however, we recommend 6 weeks for long term success.

Our diet plans are based on scientific research and therefore, make it easier to achieve a state of ketosis. All our recipes use seasonal fresh ingredients and we use only healthy fats. Our meals are delivered weekly frozen to preserve the freshness and quality with simple to follow storage and heating instructions – you only need to heat and serve; no cooking or cleaning is required. Each meal contains approx. 60-70% fat | 25-35% protein | 5% carbohydrates (20-30g carbs per day)
